*All bookings made on BloomMe are protected by our lowest price guarantee.
We guarantee that bookings made on BloomMe are the lowest available rate available if booked directly with the spa or salon (excluding bookings made through third parties). This guarantee does not apply to situations where the spa or salon offers a special price for first time customers, or other special offers that are available for a limited time and are not listed on their spa or salon menu or price listing.
In order to qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee, bookings must be made on the BloomMe app. The lower price offered by the spa or salon must be a published or listed rate, available to the general public and be available for purchase at the time of the BloomMe booking. BloomMe users must submit proof of the price difference via digital photograph through email of the spa or salon price listing or menu showing name of treatment and price. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the booking to BloomMe Support via email below.

If BloomMe finds that there is a difference in price between what was originally booked and what is available to be booked at the spa or salon, BloomMe will then refund the difference to your original method of payment. If BloomMe Credit was used to make the booking, it will credited to the BloomMe User’s account. BloomMe Credit is automatically applied to subsequent bookings and does not expire.

如BloomMe發現用戶原來的預約價格和現時水療或美容中心的預約價格存有差異，BloomMe會跟據用家的付款方法，退回差價。如用家是以BloomMe Credit預約服務，差價會直接存入帳戶。用家可無限期使用BloomMe Credit，自動預約往後服務。
