Things are always more fun with a friend; so whether it’s working out, juicing or going the whole ten yards with your detox, doing it with a friend not only makes the experience more enjoyable. but helps keep motivation high by mutually giving each other encouragement! We all take detoxes for different reasons, whether that’s because we’ve indulged too much recently and want to get back on track, or because energy levels have been lower than usual, or perhaps to loose a bit of weight before a big event; it’s important to work out why you’re detoxing to figure out how you’re going to rock it!

Making a journal of your goals and daily progress is a great way to keep on top of your detox and helps keep your focus fixed on a particular goal.

Treat Yo’ Self!

Detoxes are about loving your body and doing what’s best for it. This isn’t limited to drinking green juices, eating greens and doing exercise. A facial or a massage is a great way to treat your body and rid it of toxins! Beneficial treatments don’t just stop at facials or massages; if your detox aim is to lose weight, try a full body wrap, or a moxibustion treatment if you’re having digestion problems!
