Causeway Bay is incredible for massages, and when it comes to affordable, express, and relaxing massages then BC by Su has you covered from all angles. Lasting 25 minutes, which in all honesty feels like a good weekend away at the Hamptons, this cheeky shoulder and head massage helps to combat stress from poor posture, a bad day at work, or just a way to welcome the weekend with a good stress release.

 

Gentlemen’s Tonic

Beauty U offers you an express treatment of cleaning up the nails and hands in 15 minutes. The fastest hands in the west, this small salon is worth writing home about.

Always on our top spa lists, Melomist not only offer an express facial but they also offer an express manicure. They also offer a Men’s manicure but that lasts 40 minutes ($230 before discount) so technically not on our list. But that Express Manicure is one to book for a slow Tuesday lunch break.

Express Fingers Polish (30 minutes @ $120 before discount)

Get those fingers buffed, filed, clipped, and spruced up in your lunch break from everyone’s favourite massage and beauty spa 10/10 Space. Causeway Bay is swiftly becoming a foodies heaven, with all sorts of cafes and restaurants popping up all over the place, so why not swing by for a quick finger polish before heading out for lunch?

 

LED Hard/Soft Gel Removal (30 minutes @ $150/$120 before discount)

We cannot remind you more than safe removal of acrylic nails is essential to healthy nail growth. If you’ve been picking at that manicure for too long now, take some time out of your lunch to get them safely removed.
